Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered immediately or within 24 hours of payment confirmation via a download link sent to the registered email address. No physical shipping applies.
Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- 🇨🇴 Colombia: 7–15 business days
- 🇺🇸 United States: 5–10 business days
- 🇨🇦 Canada: 7–14 business days
Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as customs processing or weather conditions. A tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight. Digital products ship for free.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here’s our policy:
- Physical products: We accept returns within 30 calendar days of delivery in case of defect, damage, or incorrect item received. Items must be unused and in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at support@jimenostudio.com.
- Digital products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
